What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.9

New Features and Enhancements

With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

Changes to User Provisioning

Beginning with 25.9, the User and Group Administration process is getting a facelift! The all-new interface streamlines the provisioning workflow and increases visibility into user permissions and group membership. We’re also introducing several new features to ensure simple and secure access for all AIP users:

  • Primary roles: Users will now be required to have a single primary application role, to ensure each user is properly provisioned with the least access necessary to achieve their intended job purpose.

  • Product-specific provisioning: Users will now be assigned one or more AIP products (Patient Privacy, Drug Diversion, and/or Analytics). This ensures access to the right reports, alerts, and investigations needed for their role, without requiring additional audit source restrictions or limitations to their primary role.

  • Streamlined group management: Group membership can now be viewed and updated directly from a user’s profile, improving visibility into access restrictions and eliminating the need to navigate to other screens.

When customers are upgraded to 25.9, all existing AIP users will be automatically updated to a single primary role and appropriate Product provisioning. Please reach out to Support@Imprivata.com with any questions.
